My education


International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, Reith bei Kitzbühel. The training as an internationally certified yoga teacher took place in an ashram (yoga and meditation center) and included more than 400 teaching units. [Recognized by the Yoga Alliance (based in the US) for the 200-hour training standard as RYS (Registered Yoga School)].
